Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United Arab Emirates

  • India

  • Oman

  • Selected international destinations

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times may vary based on location:

  • UAE: 1–3 business days

  • India: 4–7 business days

  • Oman: 5–10 business days

  • Other International Orders: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.

  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping & Customs

For international shipments:

  • Customs policies vary by country and are beyond our control.

  • Oudh Al Shab is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

  • Orders refused due to customs duties or import charges will not be eligible for a refund.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout.

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Orders returned due to address issues may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos and an unboxing video

  • Include your order number in all communication

Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Delivery Responsibility

Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery responsibility lies with the shipping provider. However, our team will always assist you in tracking and resolving issues where possible.
