Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Oudh Al Shab, every product is created and handled with care. Due to the nature of luxury fragrances and personal-use items, we follow a clear and transparent refund and cancellation policy.

Please read the details below before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

We cannot guarantee cancellation requests once fulfilment has begun.

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality standards, perfumes, fragrance products, cosmetics, and personal-use items are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

This policy applies to:

Opened or unopened perfume bottles
Used or unused fragrance products
Sale or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive:

A damaged product
A defective item
An incorrect product

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos or videos of the product
An unboxing video (mandatory)
Order number and details

After verification, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit, depending on the case.

Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always assist you in tracking and resolving delivery-related concerns.

International Orders

For international shipments:

Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will not be provided for refused or unclaimed international deliveries.
